Network Empire Membership Subscription Agreement

The NetworkEmpireFramework.com Web Site (the “Site”) is an online information service provided by Network Empire LLC, subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Please read this document carefully before subscribing, accessing or using the site or service. By accessing or using the site, associate training, supporting tools, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the site and should not subscribe to the service. Network Empire may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement on the site.

You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modification. Your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

Registration and Subscriptions

By registering for our service and creating an account, you agree NOT to attempt to reverse-engineering our online service.

Subscription to our tools and Basic Membership area is on a per-agency basis. The training courses purchased outside of the Basic Membership are purchased on a per-seat basis. Only one seat is authorized per training course.

The Paypal email address used to purchase the course or membership subscription is solely responsible for all access and use of their username and password. If you feel the security to your account has been breached, please contact the help desk. We reserve the right to update your password and notify the responsible email address with the new information if we feel an account has been compromised.

Income and Earnings Disclaimer

While Network Empire provides you with tools and materials to improve your online productivity, we make no claims or guarantees that you will make any profits from the content you produce through our service. Third Party Rights

The provisions of paragraphs “Use of the Service” and “Disclaimer and Legal Notice”and “Indemnification” are for the benefit of Network Empire and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against Network Empire subscribers on its own behalf.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs “Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions”, “Use of the Service”, “Disclaimer and Legal Notice”, “Indemnification”, “Third Party Rights”, and “Miscellaneous” shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Refund Policy

Network Empire offers a 14-day full money back Guarantee for its subscription and training courses. Refunds for live training events will vary depending on the nature of the event. Refunds get calculated pro rata for days or credits used within the refund period. The refund policy for live training events will be set out in the Terms and Conditions specific to each event.

By subscribing to any Network Empire Product, or purchasing one of our live event training programs, you agree to these terms and agree that Network Empire has the right refuse any refund claims via any payment gateway.

This STRICT policy is enforced to deter membership leeches who subscribe, try downloading all the intellectual property and then immediately request a refund stating the product is inferior in some form.

Cancellation of Service

You can cancel your subscription at any time by canceling the subscription in your Paypal account or the payment gateway signed up with. For security reasons, Network Empire does not have access to member’s Paypal accounts and as such, are unable to cancel subscriptions. The cancellation of a subscription is the sole responsibility of the member. Network Empire or associates will not accept responsibility for any claims made of being charged for access to Network Empire services and reserves the right to reject any claims made in this respect. Network Empire reserves its right to deal with the claim at its own discretion.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona and applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Arizona. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Network Empire and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Arizona. Any cause of action or claim you may have concerning the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Network Empire’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Network Empire may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
