6. Return, Refund & Subscription Cancellation Policy (Legally Integrated)

6.1 Digital Products

Digital Products (software, plugins, SaaS access, courses, training, blueprints, templates, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed, activated, downloaded, or consumed.

6.2 DFY & Coaching Services

DFY services and all coaching or consulting services are non-refundable.

6.3 Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
To cancel, you must contact support using the official support system on the website.

6.4 Anti-Piracy Enforcement

Any attempt to:

  • Buy, download, copy, and then request a refund

  • Exploit refund systems to retain intellectual property without payment

  • Circumvent licensing controls constitutes intellectual property misuse. Network Empire may revoke licenses, suspend accounts, and submit evidence to financial institutions in disputes.

7. Suggestions & Feedback

Any ideas or suggestions you provide become the exclusive property of Network Empire.
We may use or commercialize your feedback without compensation.
