People often ask how credits work. It’s straightforward:

Your subscription gives you a monthly credit allowance (a clear ceiling based on your plan). You can run research and build projects until you reach that limit. Each month your subscription credits reset, so you can keep adding new data and continuing your work.

If you need extra capacity in a busy month, you can buy Top-Up Credits as a once-off add-on. That way you stay in control of spend based on actual usage — without changing your plan.

Key rules

  • Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
  • Credits are used to extract and analyze data from trusted sources.
  • Top-Up Credits roll over for 3 months.
  • If you run out of subscription credits, you can purchase Top-Up Credits without upgrading your subscription (we know heavy research months happen).
  • Refunds are valid for 30 days, minus any API/credits already consumed.
  • Accounts inactive for 90+ days without an active subscription may be removed, and stored data may not be recoverable.

Credit usage per row
Each row you analyze consumes a minimum number of credits depending on the depth of the request — typically 10, 20, 25, 40, 50, up to a maximum of 100 credits per row.
